The steps involved in creating your application are as follows :

Select the DatabaseYour data will be stored in Microsoft Access or SQL Server. The appropriate choice will be based on the potential size of your database and the maximum number of end-users that will be using your application at any given time.

Create a List of FieldsThe fields identify the information that you want your application to capture. This is the step where we will also discuss your application's functionality and security requirements.

Design Screen LayoutsUsing Microsoft Visual Basic, all of the fields will be placed on software design forms. This will let you see exactly what your finished application will look like. Adding and deleting fields as well as moving the position of the fields can easily be done during this step.

Code the ApplicationOnce you have signed off on the screen layouts, the application will be programmed in order to connect the fields on the screen layouts to the database, as well as programming all of the application’s required functionality. As each module is completed, you will be able to review and sign off on the work that has been completed.

Develop the ReportsDuring this step, you will determine the fields, filters and sorts that you want to see for each report.

Deliver the ApplicationThe application will be installed on all required pc's. All users will be trained and ongoing technical support will be provided.
